depends of which Almera model you are refering exactly
in my opinion stronges point of the N15, the GTI with his SR20DE engine., N16 economic 2.2 Diesel engine with 6 speed manual.

The Almera's greatest strength is their reliability.
I've owned four Almeras and currently own two.
