2.2 dCi YD22 Problems - in english please

I have a problem with my 2001 X-Trail - the engine runs irregulary until 3000 rpm. After 3000 it goes smoothly.
Any ideea? I tried cleaning the injectors and changing the air flow sensor but no luck.

Das ist der von Antonie angesprochen air flow senso - der LMM (Luftmengenmesser) kann es also nicht sein.

The air flow sensor is really a problem, especially in "older" diesel engines like yours.
Another possibilty is the high pressure pumpe for injection - sometimes this part make problems, but it is very expensive to repair (change in Germany about 1.200,- EUR).
Maybe there is a probelm with the diesel feedpump, but I'm not sure because it works over 3000 rpm.
